Tribute to Garfield, and to the one and only Jim Davis, and to all those that hate Mondays.
This strip is based off on a Garfield comic strip, and the previous strip before this. This is for all of us who love the weekend but dread the coming of Monday. It is funny to think that Garfield, a lazy, fat cat who does not hold a job, hates Mondays. Go figure.
I tried to mimic Garfield’s expressions on the original strip, only I’m using Charlie to pull it off.
Ha! Monday air does suck. At least if you live in a city. Best to stay away from such places, I reckon.
Sadly, Nickelodeon got the rights to Garfield and the comic strips seem to be gone now. Boo! Seems like Nick is walking in Disney’s footsteps.
