The thing I love about doing these strips is that I get to experiment on various techniques in layout, coloring and design. With this one, I used only shades of grey and added a color layer for the colored parts. Grey tones let me focus more on light and shadows rather than color harmony.
We all have inner demons, and like most of the entire human race, we’re scared to confront them. We try to bury them deep down and hope that we forget about them and live normal lives. But what if there was no other choice? Confront them or be stuck forever?
Which would you choose?
Just freakin’ gorgeous, man! For my first comment here, I just want to say that I’m glad you haven’t given up on these ladies or this strip. I know from experience how trying it can be to push on with a sequential story, even if you love it. It’s all about feeling your way forward. And I, for one, love how weird and inventive you are with it while keeping the core sexy and fun. Kudos, Dagger!
