The Tikbalang is a creature of Philippine folklore said to lurk in the mountains and forests of the Philippines.

Described as a tall, bony humanoid creature with disproportionately long limbs, to the point that its knees reach above its head when it squats down. It has the head and feet of an animal, most commonly a horse. In some versions it is a transformation of an aborted fetus sent to earth from limbo. [Wikipedia entry]

It’s been a while since the previous strip, I know. I’ve been battling a few personal things that affects me creatively, let’s just say. I’ve been stuck for some time on how to progress this.  This non-linear, anything goes storytelling I’m currently doing is not as easy as I thought. I got it all sorted out (fingers crossed), and can’t wait for all of you to see where the rest of the story goes.

Of course if you’re a patron of mine on Patreon, you already know what happens next.

See you on the next strip.
